How a lesson works

No flexibility or physical fitness required. Each lesson is self-contained: start when you like, wherever you like, everyone at their own pace.

Comfort first.

Comfort guides everything. Most lessons start lying on your back, a support under your head if needed. You settle in, in quiet — and already, the contact with the floor helps you feel yourself.

Never force.

No stretching, no effort. Stay within comfort and stop before the limit. The less you force, the more you perceive: too much effort drowns out the finer sensations, the way noise drowns out a subtle voice.

Nothing to succeed at.

We don't seek range of motion or performance. The movements offered are only occasions to feel our organisation, our habits — and to create the conditions for change.

The how, not the what.

What matters isn't what we do, but how we do it. All our attention goes to the sensations of the movement as it happens — and that is how the image we have of ourselves transforms.
